Airtech Consumer Returns Portable Air Conditioning Units

Faulty Items

All our new products come with at least 12 months warranty for UK consumers. In most cases we find that products aren’t actually faulty, and we recommend you call us for support on 01342 836000 and help diagnose the problem and try to resolve any issues.

We can in most cases resolve issues without the need for return of the goods.

 

Faulty within 30 Days of purchase:

Please check your new item as soon as it arrives, you should report any damage or missing items within 14 days of delivery. Any requests made after this time will be treated on a case by case basis.

If an item is faulty we can arrange for a repair or replacement of goods. This service is free of charge if the item is not found to be faulty by cause of damage for damage or misuse of goods.

 

Faulty after 30 Days:

We’re happy to help. If the product is still within warranty we can advise you on the best options to have it repaired quickly in your home or at our repair centre. If the item is outside the manufacturer’s warranty we can give you alternate repair options, this may be chargeable. These do not affect your statuary rights.

Not happy with the product:

If you are not happy with the product or purchased the wrong item the goods can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

The product must be unused. If the item has been used or installed we will only make a partial refund to cover the loss in value of the product which can be up to 50% of the price of the product. The goods also need to be returned in the original packaging.

You can then arrange to send the product back to us via a secure courier, or alternatively you can contact us for a quotation for us to collect the items. If a courier is used for the return you will need to pay the costs of the courier and ensure the goods are insured with the courier and securely packaged for the journey.

Once we’ve received the product back we’ll check the goods and contact you with the next steps.

 

Airtech Commercial Returns Portable Air Conditioning Units

 

If goods are purchased using our website, telephone number or email correspondence the Customer may cancel the Contract for any reason, but no later than 14 workings days after delivery of the Products.

For the avoidance of doubt, there shall be no right to cancel any Contract if the Products: (a) were purchased on site at the Sellers premises; or (b) items which have been opened or unsealed by the Customer;

If the Customer elects to cancel the Contract, they shall at their own cost return the Products to the Sellers premises. If a courier is used for the return the goods the Customer must to pay the costs of the courier and ensure the goods are insured with the courier and securely packaged for the journey.

Subject to the Sellers written agreement and the payment of a re-stocking charge (which is 25% of the purchase price) by the Customer, the Products may be returned at the expense of the Customer within 7 days of delivery

Once we’ve received the goods back we’ll inspect the goods and contact the Customer with the next steps.

Once a refund has been authorised by Airtech. We will refund the purchase price within a period of 30 days from the date of cancellation.
