Heating & Plumbing Installation Engineer (updated 3/11/2017)

Airtech are looking for an experienced plumbing / heating engineer to join our existing team of installation and service engineers.

We predominately cover the South East and London Borough`s, ideally we are looking for a local Engineer that has a good understanding of the area. Works vary from working within small residential dwellings to Multi Million Pound Super Homes, small offices and large commercial sites

The job will entail a range of heating and plumbing jobs such as new build  boiler installations / replacements , heating and hot water installations and occasional breakdowns although we have a full service department to back up the installation team. Experience in Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and Solar preferred but not essential

The applicant must have a good attention to detail, be self-motivated and be able to work alone or with a team. Good communication skills and polite professionalism are a must.

Essential requirements

Completed NVQ level 2 or equivalent

ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT , CKR1 , CPA1 , HTR1)

Unvented ticket / BPECG3 unvented certificate

Competent in installations of boilers / heating systems , Servicing , Fault Finding , General Repairs and ability to understand and set up controls.

Hard working, Polite, Reliable, Literate and Numerate

Hold a Full Clean UK driving licence – (Access to drive to central London within 2 hours maximum)

Hours of work will be between Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.00 pm with opportunities for overtime and weekend work available

Salary £20k – £35k pa + Company Vehicle, Overtime, Pension and Bonus Scheme
