Taking Government advice, the majority of our office team are now working from home. This means that we are still able to process orders and installs as usual as we all have remote access into the office. The engineers are still installing new equipment, whilst also applying to strict social distancing measures.

In light of the Governments fight against COVID-19 we are prioritising works to the following sites, however, Residential and Commercial project are still being worked on!

  • NHS Facilities
  • Schools Central and local government offices that are open for critical services Emergency Cervices
  • Facilities e.g. Police Stations
  • Military Facilities
  • Certain Retail Premises: e.g. Supermarkets and other food shops, health shops and pharmacies
  • Hotels, hostels and B&Bs
  • Food Banks and Homeless Services
  • Crematoria and Cemeteries
  • Social Housing
  • Emergency Residential
  • Utilities
  • Transport Infrastructure
  • Prisons.

In regarding’s to your install, we would be able to install the kit at a date that suits you, providing that you and the other residents of the property are in good health and have no symptoms of the virus. Are we still taking new enquires?

The safety of our staff and customers always comes first. We are currently still taking new enquiries for all the services Airtech offer. As part of the government guidelines, we will request that you confirm that you are in good health and have no symptoms of the virus. Likewise we are closely monitoring all our staff on a regular basis.

Will my installation be delayed?

All new installations are still being installed on time, whilst keeping within strict Government Social Distancing guidelines. As usual we state a 14 day turn around (although in many cases this is much sooner) however emergency works for the above Government facilities will be our priority during this time.

How can I process an order?

If you would like to process an order please get in touch your Airtech contact. Once an email has been received then we will be able to process the order as usual.

Are Portable Air Conditioning Units still available for purchase?

Yes we have a good amount of stock ready send to customers. Please see our range at airtech.co.uk/shop or call us on 01342 836000.

How can I pay an outstanding invoice?

My existing system has stopped working. Can I book a Call Out?

Yes you can still book emergency call outs for existing systems which are no longer working. Please call us on 01342 836000 or email emergencies@airtech.co.uk

Are you still taking deliveries?

Yes will have members of staff in our warehouse.

Are we still delivering?

Yes we are still delivering equipment and materials to site for upcoming installations. We are also delivering portable Air Conditioning units for the customers who would like a mobile option.
