Air Conditioning Service and Maintenance Engineer
We have an exciting opportunity for an Air Conditioning Service and Maintenance Engineer to join our company based in East Grinstead. The individual would be required to carry out Air Conditioning Maintenance – Crawley, Sussex, Surrey, Kent, London and Surrounding Areas of the M25 Circuit.
The Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer will need to possess good knowledge of HVAC, VRV/VRF, Split Type Air Conditioning Systems, Chillers and Portable Systems.
Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer Position Job Description
- Routine maintenance to various types of Air Conditioning / chiller
- When required emergency callouts to various equipment VRV, VRF, Ecodan, Atherma, Splits, Multi Systems, chiller systems, close control
- Team work with associated engineers on site
Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer Position Requirements
- Minimum requirement F-GAS CAT 4
- Electrics Qualification
- Knowledge of Daikin VRV, Mitsubishi VRV4/VRF
- Maintenance History on Altherma / Ecodan
- Maintenance History of Chillers, BMS / Trend Controls
- Maintenance History of HVAC
- Maintenance Portable Air Conditioning
- Full Driving Licence with knowledge of driving within Central London and South East of England
Desirable:
- Mechanical Services
- CAT 1
- Commercial Heating / Boiler Qualification
- Electrical Qualification
- PASMA – IPAF
- H&S Training certification
