EPBD - How it affects you
The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), which came in to full effect January 2011, stipulates that air conditioning systems with a capacity of over 12 kW must have a regular inspection programme in place. The inspection programme should be in accordance with the CIBSE Guide TM44:2007, Inspection of Air Conditioning Systems.
