ASP Vent Kit Wall Installation



1.  Predetermine position as to where mobile air conditioning unit is to be sited.

2.  Indicate exact position on wall as to where venting kit is to be installed.

3.   Make hole in the wall with hammer drill (which can be obtained from hire shops) or by using cold chisel and hammer.  Make Hole just large enough to take cavity wall tube.

4.  Cut tube with hacksaw leaving 3/4' (20 mm) protruding each side of wall.

5.   Fit exterior flange which is attached to weather cowl to outside cavity wall tube and screw exterior flange to wall (screw and raw plugs supplied).

6.  Replace outside weather cowl onto flange.

7.   Fit interior wall fitting flange to interior end cavity wall tube and screw flange to wall.

8.  Select applicable hose connector to receive either 3' or 4' Air Conditioner venting hose and fix together with studs and tape supplied and then fit connector into interior wall fitting flange.
