The business is made up of two divisions: Airtech Air Conditioning Services Ltd (for new installations) and Airtech Service & Maintenance Ltd (for aftercare).

Airtech was formed in 1979 to specialise in Air Conditioning Systems. Over the years the company has grown, and now covers all aspects of heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Our customer base is diverse, ranging from a mobile unit for an individual customer to complex systems for the Houses of Parliament.

Our trained engineers are able to work in occupied areas and create minimum disturbance. We have many unsolicited testimonials from satisfied customers to prove this point. The work is overseen by your original contact engineer to ensure your total satisfaction.

Surveys and estimates are offered free of charge and without obligation. Airtech are not committed to supplying any particular manufacturer’s equipment and are therefore able to offer independent advice and recommendations.

We calculate heating & cooling requirements utilising a software programme that we developed. We select suitable equipment and then submit comprehensive proposals to you.

Airtech are able to offer Commercial Building Mechanical Services, and Domestic Plumbing and Heating. All heating engineers are given up to date training and are Corgi Registered.

Planned Maintenance is available to suit your specific requirements and can cover from 'labour only' to a 'parts and labour' agreement. The 'call out' response can be tailored to suit your requirements. Generally we offer a same day or next day service and, if you require, we can offer response within 3 hours of receipt of the call. Even if you have no current maintenance agreement, we will attend to any breakdowns which may occur.

Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment sales, installation, commissioning, service and maintenance is covered by our engineers.
